This Jaguar XK150 Drophead Coupe from December 17, 1958 which was supplied by Jaguar cars, New York was reportedly overhauled by a previous owner before being purchased by the seller in 2018. Since then, the car has been reconditioned, including a new windscreen, seals, chrome, brakes and suspension, as well as a conversion of the 3.8-litre DOHC inline six. The interior was also refurbished with new biscuit leather upholstery, door panels, black soft-top and more. This XK150 is finished in red. It is offered with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, maintenance and refurbishment records.
Refurbishment is reported to have been carried out in 2014, including a new windscreen, paintwork, seals and chrome, prior to the seller’s purchase. The car was originally finished in Jaguar Heritage-certified Cream, but has been repainted in red. A new black soft top was installed in 2016.
The Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate shows the original numbers and colours, a production date of 17 December 1958 and an American delivery.
The engine number #V4420-8 is stamped on the block above, corresponding to the number on the Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate and data plate.
