Bugatti 55 is a sports car that was built between 1932 and 1935. Designed by Ettore and Jean Bugatti, it was presented at the Mondial de L'automobile in Paris for the first time in 1931.
The model shown here is a modern interpretation of the original car. This replica was built by the French manufacturer De La Chapelle and transformed by AX & Co in Puurs (Belgium) in 1993. The vehicle has a Belgian approval and conformity certificate. The car has a 3500cc Rover engine with an automatic gearbox. Only one car based on the Bugatti type 55 design was built by AX & Co, so it is an opportunity to drive a single model.
