The vehicle is located near Vichy (France).
In April 1964, at the heart of the New York Auto Show, Ford unveiled its Mustang. With the will to propose a new car concept, the pony car, the manufacturer hit the bull's eye with the younger Americans who no longer wanted massive cars. The rest is history: the Mustang has become the myth of the US sports car.
The car presented for sale is a first series from January 1965 in convertible version. Equipped with the 289 engine, the famous 4.7-liter V8 delivering 210 horsepower, it was imported to France in March 2016 from California. Note that it had only one owner between January 1965 and March 2016.
Completely overhauled when imported, many safety components have been replaced. Several expertises have been performed: in March 2016, in April 2018 and in December 2021.
