But there are more singular stories. Those of craftsmen who shape unique vehicles by hand. It is in this spirit that we sometimes find beautiful Alfa Romeo Barchetta on the market.
The car we offer today is not a replica but a reconstruction. This 1962 car has been completely rebuilt in 2019 by an Italian craftsman. Its aluminum body is not the only remarkable element as this Barchetta has a tubular chassis designed by the master of lightness, Gilberto Colombo, better known by the acronym GILCO. In addition to the work done on the exterior and interior of the car, we find under the hood the famous Bialbero engine. With its 2 overhead camshafts, this 1570 cc block develops 90 horsepower. This is more than enough power to have fun behind the wheel of this unique machine!
Currently in Belgium, this Alfa Romeo Barchetta is sold with an Italian registration certificate and FIA documents.
Due to its recent rebuild, this car is in very good condition. The engine starts and runs perfectly.
