The Mustang GT was introduced under the name GT Equipment Group. This enticing configuration includes disc brakes, fog lights mounted directly on a specially designed grille, a GT fuel cap, GT side stripes on the rocker panels and special exhaust outlets.
Our model is equipped with the "289" V8 engine delivering 225 hp. This car was sold new in the US in 1965. In 2014, it was imported to France by a dealer. After two months, the car was sold in the Netherlands. In 2018, it was sold in Belgium. It has only known 3 owners before.
A lot of work has been done. The last owner notably worked on the car himself. This Mustang is finished in a beautiful green over a black interior with a beige automatic top. The engine was revised in 2011.
The car passed the technical inspection in 2021 and is offered with Belgian registration. The technical control is valid until 2025. The only remark that was noted by the technical control is the horn that does not work.
In general the car is in very good condition. Engine does not show any leaks or problems. Engine runs and sounds beautifully. Some small paint damages are available.
