The Morgan plus 4 has been in the brand's catalog for over 70 years. In July 2015, Morgan presented a special high-performance edition at Silverstone, the AR Plus 4 (or ARP4), limited to 50 units.
Compared to the Plus 4, the ARP4 features more aggressive and modern styling, including LED headlights. The rear also evolves since the spare wheel disappears in favor of a round panel evoking the racing cars of the brand. We will also note the diffuser and the specific exhaust with double outlet. Inside, the dashboard has been redesigned. The aluminum has been left visible and the dashboard has been redesigned with a new instrument panel on a specific plate. Additional sound insulation has also been added to the hood and cabin for a more comfortable ride.
Under the hood, you'll find the 2.0-liter Cosworth 4-cylinder engine. But in the hands of the AR Motorsport teams, power increases from 154 to 228 hp! To contain this power, the ARP4 is equipped with new adjustable dampers and powerful brakes. By using aluminum for its construction, the weight remains contained at 900 kilos. In short, a perfect combination of classic atmosphere and modern sportiness.
This vehicle was only produced in RHD. It is delivered EU-cleared with English papers.
