The vehicle is located near Sint-Truiden (Belgium).
Founded in 1947 by Trevor Wilkinson, TVR is an English brand that needs no introduction. The TVR M Series appeared in 1972 and was produced until 1979. It replaced the TVR Vixen and Tuscan models with which the filiation is obvious.
With an improved chassis, the M series uses the Ford "Essex" V6 engine delivering 142 hp. With a rear wheel drive and a weight of only one ton, this little sports car was known at the time for its velocity and its very safe handling.
In total, just under 2,500 M-series cars were built during the nine years of production.
For this sale, we offer a Taimar version of the series, equipped with a hatchback. Produced in just under 400 units, it is a choice model for those looking for a more exclusive TVR.
Car is in great condition and does not show any technical problem. Engine starts immediately and runs without a problem. Interior is in very good condition.

Hello,
The car has not been repainted, is it the original color?
Is it good with a tailgate?
Have you owned it for a long time?
What is the consumption?
Is there an overdrive?
Thanks in advance
Cdt

Hello,
Sorry for my late reply but I read your message rather late.
I am a dealer specialised in classic cars who manages the sale of this vehicle on behalf of its owner.
He has owned it for many years and is the second owner since the first registration.
The paint is original.
It is a Taimar (hatchback version) and it is not equipped with the overdrive.
The car consumes about 10 liters per 100 km.
I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the first registration was in Belgium, so it is a left hand drive and not a conversion.
Sincerely
Rod
